Lobster Fishing for the 2021 season will be open on March 1 to September 30 in the Northern Region and April 1 to August 31 in the Southern Region each year for both large and small-scale fishers.
Applications for lobster fishing licenses for large-scale fishermen should be sent to the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries and small-scale fishermen to apply to the relevant Councils.
For foreign companies, they must submit work permits to the country for non-citizens of the United Republic of Tanzania.
