There is low supply and production of coconut flour at the moment due to bad weather conditions which affected coconut trees in the Quezon province. Suppliers are left with destroyed products, thus won't be able to produce coconut flour. It may take a few months before they can recover but the local government unit is already doing its best to help farmers by giving them assistance in repairing their facilities and plantations. They are expecting that before December 2020, everything will go back to normal.
