Low production of the ribbon fish in Indonesia in June

Indonesian exporters are still unable to meet the demand for ribbon fish for the export market. Until the 3rd week of June, the total landed volume in the fishing ports, especially those on the Java island, is still very low. The highest demand is still from China. Exporters are sourcing from the western and northern Sumatra with limited volume available.
