Shea nut is wildly grown in Ghana. Experts expect a low yield in nut production for 2020 crop year and aggregation from neighboring west African countries like Nigeria, Togo and Burkina Faso to meet local consumption and export contracts. Local yield in Ghana is expected to be less than 10,000 MT.
