Malaysia no longer produces its own coconut oil as Malaysia is surrounded by the world's largest coconut oil supplier countries such as the Philippines, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka. Therefore, many suppliers in Malaysia will take crude oil from these countries and process it here in Malaysia or just directly import processed oil from these countries for local use.
