Medium-scale producers of canned Pineapple in North Sumatra Province in Indonesia, are stoping their production due to a shortage of fresh pineapple and tin can material. The producers have been experiencing a shortage of fresh pineapple from local farmers for the last 2-3 years. At the same time, the tin can supplier is also requiring a high MOQ of equal 20 containers of end-product production.
