In recent years, due to government support measures, mushroom cultivation in Russia has been growing steadily.
By the end of 2020, mushroom production increased by 80.2% and amounted to 86.3 KMT. The indicator is almost 9 times higher than the price level of the year 2016 with 9.7 KMT.
The main leading regions are the Kursk region (13.8KMT), Krasnodar Territory (12.2 KMT), the Tula region (10.7 KMT), and the Moscow region (7.8 KMT).
