Due to the COVID-19 disruption, almost all hotels and restaurants have shut down operations since early March 2020. Coffee consumption has declined to almost half compared to last year. The second wave lockdown has even worsened internal logistics and shipping. Farmers and coffee traders will reduce the plantation and processing coffee in the fiscal year of 2021.
