Organic fertilizer can increase vanilla production in Malaysia

To make Penang the largest supplier of vanilla in Malaysia, new techniques are used to increase vanilla production in Malaysia. Growers started to use organic fertilizer from mushroom waste which is seen to increase production by more than 40%. By properly caring for the vanilla crop, it is believed that it will make Penang better known as a vanilla producer.
