Peak of Shea nut season in Ghana

Ghana is currently in the the middle of the shea nut season but there are speculations of shortages as a result of access to production areas by collectors of the nuts. These restrictions are placed by the government to curb the spread of corona virus.
Exporter from Ghana are aggregating supply from Burkina faso, Togo and Nigeria to met international and local demand of the product. The season is expected to last till the onset of the rains.
