Philippines Coconut Authority is dispensing coconut seedlings

Philippine Coconut Authority continues to dole out coconut seedlings. This program will target coconut farmers that intend to replace aging coconut trees. Though coconut export is increasing, production yield is decreasing. The coconut seedling is expected to bear fruits in 4 to 5 years.
