Although in low season (the best season for Portuguese Sea Urchin is between February and May), the product has reasonable meat content at date (October). The interest from eastern Asia countries is high, but legislation from Portugal regarding live seafood trading with most of the eastern Asia countries is barely absent, which can turn the process very long in terms of bureaucracy to start.
