Turkish mushroom production increases, yet not sufficient for export

In Turkey, 52% percent of total mushroom production, which amounts to 75KMT, is completed in Korkuteli and Antalya region, in which 2,500 small and 4 large-scale manufacturers are located. One of the biggest suppliers complained about the insufficiency of total production. As most fresh produce goes directly to the domestic market, they cannot offer enormous quantities for export. It's partly due to a small number of producers who can offer quality products suitable for export.
