Queensland carrot sales are about to be on online in April despite the delayed harvest in some areas. The sales may relieve some pressure on domestic supply, amid the total production is expected to be lower from the previous year. The producer will have challenges to breakeven for the season with increased input costs. Domestic prices have continued to rise by 5% FOB USD 0.97/kg to USD 1.02/kg.
