Prices of Indian Red Peppers rose marginally in the third week of October 2021. Pickup in export demand mainly from China is currently reflected on the price rise. As per the sources, China has imported around 6,000 MT of chilies in September, which is the highest in the last 2-3 months. Exports from other major importing countries are still reported to be sluggish.
