Russia has plans to start exporting milk powder to China

In November of 2018, Russia and China signed an agreement to export dairy products to the Chinese market.
According to the agreement, Russian producers could export milk, goat milk and their processed products to China, but milk powder and cream powder were not included in the list.
In spring 2020, Russia and China finally agreed of milk powder export.
Currently, 40 Russian enterprises have the right to export dairy products to China, including six companies producing dry dairy products, as well as 50 ice cream producers.
