The demand for squid, shells, and scallops in Indonesia is still recovering, but the import volume is still low. Forecasts indicate that the market will recover in Q4 2022 as the F&B and Horeca sectors recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. Many end buyers, such as F&B chains and Horeca, are still waiting to see demand and wholesale prices to place orders.
