Since WK 11, the supply of seafood products has remained very limited. Indeed, the soaring price of fuel is slowing down the activity of French fishing boats. The volumes put on the market are very limited, and the price of all the products registers inflation. Some price increases are spectacular, in particular for wild sea bass (+50%), monkfish (+17%), and whiting (+22%).
