The price of Spanish almonds is stable but supply falls short

Spanish almond prices are stable after a decrease of EUR 0.20 per kg in December. Suppliers are currently reluctant to sell and sign contracts because they are waiting for the Almond Board of California report to know the current stocks available in the market in terms of volume.
