Storability of US grapes are decreasing due to adverse weather conditions

California grapes have seen some adverse weather conditions throughout the 2021 season, extreme heat, and lack of water in some areas. The storability of this year’s crop is now decreasing as the season is ending, practically no big volumes are being put away. The fruit isn’t holding up in long-term storage, is only short on quality fruit and there is no export availability anymore.
