Taiwan is seeking other markets for pineapples

Taiwan pineapples were transferred to other markets after China banned them without warning last year. More than 18,000 MT of pineapples were exported to Japan last year. The Council of Agriculture estimates that the export of pineapples this year is expected to reach 30,000 MT. According to the Council of Agriculture statistics, so far this year, about 1,832 MT of pineapples have been exported, and Japan accounted for 1,742.8 MT. Moreover, it was the first time it entered the Kuwait market, and the export volume was 2 MT.
