The new crop of Myanmar mung bean was harvested in December 2020, which is considered as good quality beans with the lowest moisture and less damage on the appearance. Currently, Chinese buyers are purchasing daily Myanmar mung bean via the Myanmar-China border therefore the mung bean price goes up to the highest point historically. The market analyst suggests that China will still purchase the products from Myanmar in 2021 as well as the shipping lines around the world are unpredictable.
