The US has increased its imports of Vietnamese tea over the last few months, growing 25% in terms of volume in comparison to that of the same period last year. However, the US reduced the amount of tea imported from other markets such as India, China, and Argentina. The escalation of the trade war between China and the US has resulted in the shift of US sourcing tea from China to Vietnam.
