Price of Cocoa Powder is Predicted to Increase

A year after Covid-19 began, Food and Beverage industries have not seen any improvement in premium chocolate demand. This impact on the further drop of Cocoa Butter ratio as the main ingredients, which causes an increase in Cocoa Powder price.

By the end of 2020, the price of low alkalized cocoa powder perched on $2,400 but now it is offered at $2,750 level (FOB).
