The Russian government has approved a decree to support the linen industry

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on measures to support the linen industry, which provides for subsidizing Russian textile enterprises.
According to the authorities, the measure will stimulate the transition of domestic textile manufacturers to Russian flax raw materials, and state support will increase the production of high-quality competitive products containing flax and create a stable domestic market for Russian flax fiber.
