Turkey held 20 percent of the world's flour trade in 2021

The volume of the World flour export was reported to be USD 4.7 billion in 2020 and Turkey accounted for 20 percent of this export volume. Turkey's flour export in 2020 was USD 951 million. Kazakhstan took the second place, recording 10 percent of the market share, followed by Germany, Uzbekistan and Argentina with 7 percent, 5 percent, 4 percent, respectively.
