The olive harvest season for olive oil has begun in the southern region of Turkey. Current prices are around USD 3.50, 0.8 acid ratio for 1 liter. With the start of the harvest in the Aegean region, it is expected that the market prices will go down a bit by the end of November and then the prices will stabilize. It is better to wait until the end of the month to get competitive offer from suppliers. The Tariş Olive and Olive Oil Association announced that this season, olive oil purchase price is TRY 35, an increase compared to 26 Turkish lira last year due to turkish lira.
