Turkey's agricultural imports from Russia has increased by 42% in the first 6 months of 2020. Turkey became the second biggest importer of agricultural goods from Russia with an import volume of 1.5 billion USD, following China which imported 1.9 billion USD worth of agricultural goods from Russia in the same period.

The biggest increase in Turkey imports from Russia was in vegetable oils with 31% gain and grain products with 27% gain. The main import products were common wheat and raw sunflower oil.
