The logistics sector, which has been working non-stop for days to help earthquake victims in Turkiye, has sent more than 3,000 trucks to the disaster area in the last ten days. Remaining export shipments to the EU from the border gates also slowed down and shrank by 25% due to the earthquake. In addition, the International Forwarding and Logistics Service Providers Association (UTIKAT) and International Transporters Association (UND), which has more than 1600 members, quickly formed a crisis desk in coordination with AFAD from the first hours of the earthquake and sent more than 3000 trucks to the region.
