Recently released pork data from the United States Meat Exporters Association paints a strong picture for the industry. Both volumes and value for the month of October were up 8% reaching 242,000 MT and $641.1 million respectively. Year to date exports for January through October are up 15% compared to 2019, with the average price being $58.05 per head, an increase of 14% compared to last year.
