Korean Native Chicken Prices Still Remain High After Indirect Affectation From FMD Case

Korean native chicken prices, at KRW 8,174/kg, were still 3% higher month-over-month (MoM) and 25% higher year-over-year (YoY), following last month's FMD case detection.

While the crisis level has been recently de-escalated and therefore bring some downward pressure to prices, downside room seems limited due to strong demand.
