Sudan relies entirely on the US to take over imports of lentils

World lentil imports are decreasing as several major importer such as Mexico, India, and Colombia, have begun to reduce their imports in 2020. The trend is different from the case of US exports to Sudan, which increased sharply to 18.67M USD in 2020. In the past year, Sudan has established United States as the main importer of lentils.
