The wholesale price of Bangladeshi sugar increased by +15.13% YoY. The price stood at USD 0.87/kg in W2 Mar-22, which was USD 0.76/kg in the previous year. The main supplier of sugar in Bangladesh is Brazil. Unfortunately, Brazil experienced hit by drought led to less supply and affects Bangladesh's sugar supply. For that reason led the price of Bangladeshi sugar rose in March 2022.
