The wholesale price for nectarines in Türkiye has taken a substantial fall at the start of the season. The price had a 24% MoM decrease in Jun-23 with a monthly average price of USD 1.27/kg. The sharp devaluation of the Russian ruble and the blocking of roads has made it impossible to supply seasonal fruits to Russia. As a result, there has been a sharp collapse in prices for peaches and nectarines in various supplying markets to Russia.
