South African Fuerte Avocado Trade Downward Due to Elevated Supply

Over the past month, avocado prices have been low due to the national shutdown and elevated supply levels. In the Cape Town market, wholesale prices of fresh Fuerte Class 1 avocado dropped to ZAR 18.23 per kg on the 27th of March, a 28.7% MoM decrease.
