Canola (Rapeseed) has a high volatility level of 36.5% in the 2020/2021 which is higher than previous two periods because the prices are more volatile and there is a large gap in the price change. This increased in line with the rise of Canola prices which reached 0.77 USD/KG at the end of July 2021. High demand and low production volumes that may be caused by a rainfall deficit have made Canola (Rapeseed) prices reach their highest prices.
