- Seller MUST be registered with the US FDA.
- SGS to perform "Supervision of Loading" and provide samples for QA testing.
- Product must be Certified Non-GMO.
- Payments Terms: 20% T/T, 80% Irrevocable L/C (Percentages Negotiable and draft of L/C available for vendors review upon request)
- Seller / Vendor to provide 1 kg (each - pellet and meal) sample of qualifying product shipped to the US to confirm the COA at the expense of the Seller / Vendor.
- Seller to provide COA from accredited lab confirming the following specifications:

Specifications:
1) Fat ≥ 10%
2) Sugar + Starch ≤ 10%
3) Protein ≥ 17%
4) Fiber ≤ 15%
5) Moisture ≤ 8%
6) Aflatoxin Totals ≤ 10 ppb
7) Free of any and all pesticides, heavy metals and microbial contamination
*1-5 negotiable, 6 and 7 non-negotiable to be in compliance with US FDA and/or AQIS regulations.
