We believe in not only thinking outside the box but redefining it completely. We want to change the way we work, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve quality. We want to reach the top of a mountain that no one has climbed. Once there, find the next mountain to climb. We believe in the process above all else, so our quest for excellence is never-ending. To achieve this, we are constantly incorporating the latest technology. We also designed and built some of our own equipment. 

We have been practicing these beliefs with our walnut shells since 1992. Processed from high-quality California walnuts grown only in California's fertile soils. In addition to peeling the skin in-house, we call it custom-made when we send it from another company and have it processed. We manufacture both custom in-shell walnut and custom clean walnut. Businesses come to us for these services for a variety of reasons. Some have more walnuts than they can currently handle. Some need speed, some need higher quality.
