Sarawak white peppercorns come from the same plant as black peppercorns. Once fully ripe, the outer hulls are removed from the pepper berries, leaving the soft creamy white-colored inner core. Sarawak white peppercorn has a distinctive liquorice aromas and clean, sharp heat.
