Rodney and Virginia Beard founded the Beard's Quality Nut Company in 1967. Having survived three generations, we are currently among California's top suppliers of both inshell and shelled walnuts and almonds. Quality Nut Company has expanded from its humble origins as a single processing facility in Empire, California, to many facilities situated in the heart of the Central Valley. For all your baking, snacking, and ingredient needs, we provide a wide variety of shelled, inshell, and processed walnuts and almonds.

Our family is commemorating more than 100 years of tree nut cultivation and more than 50 years of processing today!
