The old fishing harbor in Aarhus is where Einar Christensen Fiskergeri ApS is located. The proud traditions of their fish processing date back more than a century. Since Einar Christensen established the smokehouse in the early 1900s, three generations of the Christensen smoker family have passed down the art and recipes.

Old Einar Christensen and Simon Grndal, who has owned the smokehouse since 2005, do not have a family connection, but Einar's spirit and craftsmanship remain intact. The favorable reputation and history oblige. Because of this, we have made it their mission to continue the legacy of excellent craftsmanship and delicious quality.
