- Established in 1999, a family business dedicated to processing natural casings for different sausages. - Also produces edible treats for pets: became one of the main national industries producing dehydrated offal of animal origin to serve the most demanding markets in North America, Canada, the EU, and Japan. The industrial plant is located in the city of Villa Gobernador Gálvez, Santa Fe Province, has 3,000 m² covered. - Has a state-of-the-art cycle II procedure in order to produce frozen and semi-manufactured offal for human consumption. - The activity began in 2007 due to the close connection between the guts (green organs) with the remaining by-products. The aim was taking advantage of specific niches and leftovers from products destined for export markets. - Exports to Germany, Canada, Ivory Coast, Spain, United States, Gabon, Ghana, Italy, New Zealand, and Paraguay.
