It sells and produces 20-30 different varieties of cheese, sold throughout New Zealand. It supplies mainly to supermarkets, boutique eateries, and restaurants.
It is a specialist in supplying a wide range of cheese like - caerphilly, Evansdale curd, ruby bay, sage derby, pepper, and komene Kas. The business has grown from 150 L of milk a day to 1,500 L of milk each day.
