Indian Ocean Fresh Australia is owned and managed by Erica Starling and is based in her hometown of Geraldton, Western Australia. Erica was born into a family of lobster and shrimp fishers and she has over 20 years of experience in fishing, specializing in longline tuna and swordfish in Western Australia. 

The background of Erica underpins the extensive knowledge and thorough understanding of sashimi quality seafood, as well as the processing and marketing experience in international and Australian markets. Erica and family embarked on the new journey in 2008, gaining expertise in marine aquaculture off the coast of Geraldton, Western Australia, and now commercial yellowtail production.
