- The cheese produced by the plant in Salto, reggianito, fontina, edam, edam (round), etc, are specially known to have achieved a unique balance between the benefits of using state of the art technology without leaving aside the artisanal flavour.
- Its products comply with HACCP food safety standards. They have been widely recognised and have obtained prizes both locally and internationally. the most recent example is the cheese of the year award at mercolactea 2010.
