The business was founded in 1965 by Kostantinos Iraklidis, who passed away in 1997. The business, which is currently run by his sons, focuses primarily on exports. Olives and vegetables were the first to be consumed. We began manufacturing cheese-filled items ten years ago, and since 2005, we have been cooking prepared meals. All of our product lines come in tiny packaging, and we focus especially on super market sales. Self-stable pasteurized ready meals that seem fresh, don't have a ton of sauce added, and, of course, are produced at home are our idea.
Because it alludes to meals with flavors that characterize the business, the brand name "PICANTO" was created in 1989.
