The business was established in 1992 as the operator of a small slaughterhouse, and from it began to develop dynamically at the beginning. After a few years, the company abandoned its original business model and became an expert in the slaughter and processing of calves, lambs, and muttons.
The company's guiding principle is flexible market management combined with consistently high quality. Premium meat products have been introduced in response to consumer demand for kitchen ease. This meat can be quickly prepared since it has been aged and seasoned, packed in a protective environment or skin. A few of these goods have received the certification mark KMÉ (Excellent Hungarian Food).
