By February 2004, the company had developed a development plan. The Regional Poultry Development Program was the inspiration for this strategy, and a month later, the Central Black Earth Bank of Sberbank of Russia began providing funding. In the summer, work began on an incubator that can hold 24 million eggs per year and a poultry slaughter and processing plant. They worked three shifts, no weekends or holidays.
The incubator was set up and running in just five months, and in November, the first eggs were laid here. In addition, the birth of the one-of-a-kind poultry complex known as "Prioskolie" was marked by the opening in January 2005 of the largest poultry slaughter and processing plant in Russia and Europe, which had a capacity of 10.8 thousand heads per hour. In 2004, these two powerful chords were finished, and the holding, which inherited only the name from the old factory, began its successful future.
