MMP International Ltd.

MMP International is a packer of canned tuna, primarily in catering-size and three-ounce sizes. We also offer Mackerel, Shrimp, Crab, Baby Crabs, and several value-added products of the same high quality. The cannery has nearly 1,000 employees and produces over 100 metric tons per shift on average. This makes MMP a more modest manufacturing plant contrasted with numerous others yet in addition allows more proficiency, better quality control, administration and client reaction.

The actual building is approximately 20,000 square meters in size and has its own container loading and warehouse. The factory receives the raw materials, which are weighed, offloaded, and sorted according to size and species. The decomposition, histamine levels, and salt content of the raw material are all checked for quality. Before being loaded into racks for pre-cooking, quality control checks are performed once more prior to thawing and butchering. Unacceptable products are rejected.
