We are the first Italian brand specialized in "potato rolls", the burger and hot dog buns with potatoes inspired by the traditional american recipe.

The company was founded in 2021 thanks to the inspiration of Filippo Mursia, with his passion for hamburgers and a past in the USA between New York and San Francisco.

Our buns, also in vegan versions, are the result of a perfect combination of craftsmanship and standardization. They are baked daily using only high quality ingredients and less than 1% of preservatives. In addition, the potato flakes guarantee unique softness and the ability to perfectly retain sauces and meat juices: great especially for smash burgers.
